1. The home is monitored 24 hours a day through the installed system. In the event of an emergency, the system transmits a signal to one of ADT's five monitoring centers.
2. The monitoring center will attempt to contact the homeowner via phone after the signal is received. If the person who answers the phone cannot supply the personal indentification code, or if no one answers the phone, the representative will then alert local authorities. With Two-Way voice an ADT operator will attempt to contact you in real time using the two way voice SecurityLink feature.

3. Local authorities wil be dispatched to the home to determine the cause of the disturbance and to respond to emergency situations.
